All candidates receive training at the workplace, according to the employer’s quality standards. Ongoing training at the workplace, throughout the employment contract.
Candidates may work anywhere in the Sweden, depending on employer’s location
Both men and women are accepted on this program
18 – 55 years old, depending on the position
People with a good attitude, hard-working, serious, friendly, in good physical and mental fitness and who have no health problems will be accepted on this program.
Both married and single/ divorced candidates may be accepted.
Chef de partie: minimum 1 year experience
Kitchen assistant: minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Bartender: minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Waiter: experience not required, but it may be an advantage during selection
Qualification not required, but qualified candidates have an advantage during selection
Beginner to intermediate, depending on the position.
Other languages are not required, but may prove to be an advantage.
Working and resting hours
- 8-10 working hours/ day
- 5-6 working days/ week, depending on position
- 1-2 days off/ week, depending on position
Working and/ or off days are agreed upon with employer, through the employment contract.
Nature and length of contract
Employment, full time contract. Length of contract is 4-6 months or indefinite period. Contract may be extended depending on employee performance and employer decision.
Transport ticket (home country - Sweden)
Transport costs to/ from Sweden are covered by employee.

Work conditions, protection and security
Work conditions are normal, and safety and security measures are communicated during training done at the work place. Employer insures correct work conditions, protection and work security measures before beginning work. Training is given during first day regarding health protection and safety at the workplace.
